I am the Employment Administrator at E.A.S.E (Employment Access Services Empowered) I have worked here for almost 4 years and I love how the company is person centered and allow or participants in our program to be in charge and feel like there being heard and be able to have an opinion whereas the places I have encountered or worked for in the past were always you do this job because we feel you would be good at it, but never once ask the participant what they would like or want. I look forward to seeing E.A.S.E grow and be able to help as many people as possible!!
